Preparations are in full swing for the ACMA’s RadComms 2012 conference to be held at the Sofitel Hotel in Melbourne on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 June.
The ACMA is working closely with industry and affected parties on the configuration and forthcoming auction of spectrum in the digital dividend and 2.5 GHz bands.

The ACMA’s Enduring Concepts: Communications and media in Australia examines concepts that are of ongoing importance to media and communications in Australia. It is a companion piece to the Broken Concepts paper, released in August 2011.
The Australian Communications and Media Authority has joined forces with regulators from 11 other countries to form the International Do Not Call Network.
The ACMA, which operates Australia’s Do Not Call Register (DNCR), served as the network’s co-chair with Canada’s telco regulator.
