From 20 May 2013, all
has information for consumers and citizens to help them get their concerns directed to the most appropriate section of the ACMA or an external agency. If you are concerned about:
- something you have seen or heard on TV or radio
- offensive or illegal online content
- receiving spam via email or SMS
- receiving calls or faxes from telemarketers
- your telecommunications provider
- interference to TV or radio reception and radiocommunications services
- making a complaint about cabling or technical compliance
The ACMA’s role
The ACMA is responsible for the regulation of broadcasting, the internet, radiocommunications and telecommunications.
